by the week, Saturday to Saturday, June through
mid-October.

Check out 11:00am.
A non-refundable $500 deposit per week reserved is necessary to
confirm a reservation. A security deposit of $250
(to be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your stay,
if no damage has occurred) is required with the balance
of the rental fee. Rental payment is due in full 60 days
before your arrival.
No pets.
No smoking inside the
cottage.
Occupancy limited to 8
guests, including children.
